How to Dominate the World

Many attempts have been made at world domination throughout history. Very few have ever succeeded. It is hard to conquer something
as large as the world, especially with world powers such as the United States of America standing in the way. The only way
to dominate the world, is to first dominate these powers. For example, the Pagan Barbarians who destroyed the Roman Empire.
Though they did not succeed beyond destroying the world power, they still got halfway to dominating the world. To dominate
the world in the present day would not be easy, with the current power and technology of armies and police forces. You would
need much money and technology to succeed. One of the easiest ways to dominate the world is explained in this paper.
To begin to Dominate the World in the present day of 2006 you must first immobilize the United States. How do we go about
doing this? We first find the countries weakness. Oil. Without oil, transportation in America does not exist. Their armies
would be slow to respond, and their police forces would be useless. But how do you stop the hundreds of oil rigs that bring
crude oil to the US every day? You must first build hundreds of under water bases surrounding the US. With these bases there
must be the technology. The technology that will stop the tankers. This machine must be able to immobilize the rigs and capture
them. The machine will send out an electromagnetic pulse in a confined area, shutting down the tankers computers and engines.
The tanker is then taken control of by remote control from the underwater base. The ship will be moved to above the machine,
which will create a giant bubble around the ship and pull it under the surface. The tanker will be pulled down into a giant
air lock. The water will then drain from the room and the bubble will disappear. Immediately evil henchmen will be dispatched
to the tanker to take the sailors prisoner and to take the oil and store it in a huge storage room. The air lock will then
be turned off and the tanker will be release to float empty on the ocean.
With all oil supplies in your control you are able to fuel your operation while the US is left helpless. You can now
begin to sell oil to the US at high cost, if you do not wish to dominated the world, but merely to take over the United States.
With the oil in your possession you are able to control the US economy. However, if you are intent on taking control of the
world I would advise you to hold onto the oil.
Now that America is weak, you are able to send in an army of henchmen to capture the president. Without oil, the police
and the army will not be able to react in time. In the case that the army has already surrounded the White House in hopes
of protecting the President, then send in some tanks to dispose of the forces and capture the president for hostage.
Once America has fallen, other countries will soon follow. To take exceptionally strong countries that may put up a fight,
find their weakness. Perhaps their main import or export. Or maybe there is not enough of something in that country, such
as food. For example, dominating China. China has the largest army in the world, so they will most likely try to defend their
country. Build underground bases and stop all people from leaving the country, and siege China. In a few years the population
will be to much and they will surrender for lack of food, disease, and not enough space.
Once you have the whole world under your control it is yours to do with as you please. But a few things might make it
easier to run. First, make the world one country and all of the past countries, states. Then create one currency. Provide
food, shelter and some kindness, to help avoid a rebellion. Good luck, and happy dominating.
